Here's a great site I found through the Cartoon Brew Blog.  It has a collection of fantastic title sequences.

This is the end title sequence from Madagascar 2 made by Jamie Caliri.  You can check out some behind the scenes stuff over at Megan Brain's blog.

Just as an update I found another fantastic site dedicated to title sequences.  Check out The Art of the Title Sequence.  There's some really beautiful stuff there!

National Film Board online video gallery

The National Film Board of Canada is one of the world's greatest resources in the continuing advancement of film, thought, and animation. I think it can be easily agreed that the works of the NFB have shaped not only our appreciation of storytelling, art, and animation, but also the way we interpret our society and interact with others. Well, anyway I just wanted to say that the NFB has a great site hosting hundreds of films, animations, and documentaries. You can check them out here: http://www.nfb.ca
